"Terrible customer service, I asked to get my renters insurance transferred to the agent that has all my policies and they never did. The only reason why I got my renters with this guy’s office is because I called after hours and got transferred to him. My renters policy now got canceled because this guy never linked this policy with my payment plan I had with the other agent, never received a call or message or email telling me the policy had never received a payment until 4 almost 5 months later. I will make sure to NEVER end up with this guy again."

"Fernando is a scammer who will try and swipe every penny you have. There has been multiple times where they would take more money out of my account out of no where until I call him and confront him about it and then I would have to fight to get the extra money he took back. Also I had him quote me on a car I was buying and he said it would be $150 a month and once I bought the actual car. He made it $200 a month because he knew I had to get insurance on it no matter what so I was forced to say yes."

"I tried and called twice to get a quote for my ATV’s and also change some information in existing policy. First person I talked to, told me I have to wait 6months until I can have anything insured with State Farm (I already had four cars and house insured with State Farm, never had an accident). I didn’t give up so easily and called again same location, and spoke with another person. She asked me if I can send her an email with all my informations and VIN#’s for new vehicles to be insured. She never contacted me since. I don’t really know what was their problem... I already have all done with different agency with no issues."
